Course Description

“Spiritual Formation is a process of being formed in the image of Christ for the sake of others“ (Robert MulHolland). This process starts with the journey into our inner world with our Lord and Friend, Jesus Christ. The ministry of presence and compassionate listening are gifts graced by the Holy Spirit to each and every one of us to connect and attend not only to other people, but also to the sometimes conflicted voices in our inner world. This inward journey is important in order to journey outward towards coming alongside others in their spiritual journeys. Along the way, we need companions to come alongside us. This module is practical-oriented. The main focus of this module is spiritual care for oneself. Whether it is for your own spiritual care and formation, or for coming alongside others from the inside out, this module is an invitation to you to embark on a journey of Spirit-led inner world to tranform fear into love through connection, first for yourself then for others.
