Course Description

Why are there so many Protestant denominations? Where did they come from? What are their distinctive beliefs and practices? How do they contribute to Global Christianity?

In this course, we examine the answers to these questions with special reference to the Singaporean context, where we find Anglicans and Methodists, Presbyterians and "BP"s, Pentecostals and Charismatics, Baptists and Brethren, Evangelical Free and Independent.
