What you pay to study at BGST
Your fees depend on how you study with us. Choose the option that fits you below and we will show only the fees that apply.
Each fee is paid separately. Pay your course fee when you register for a course. Credit and Programme students also pay $25 Student Membership once each semester.

What you pay as a Credit student
Library access is included. Example: one 3 AU course this semester costs $650 + $25 = $675.
Please register as an Audit student before buying Library Membership, otherwise we cannot process a refund. Example: one 1.5 AU course costs $150, or $225 with Library Membership.
You may also pay a Programme Change or Course Reinstatement fee if one applies to you. See Other fees below.
Course fees
Each course is worth 1.5 or 3 Academic Units (AU). You will find the AU on every course page. The fee is the same for every course of that size.

Some 1.5 AU courses are charged at the 3 AU rate. These courses include extra elements, such as psychometric tools and one-to-one spiritual mentoring: CS102 Christian Spirituality 2 and MM100 Discerning Your Life. The course page always shows the exact fee.

These are paid separately from course fees. Each card says who it is for.

Student Membership
$25 per semester
For: Credit and Programme students. Required.

Library Membership
$75 per semester
For: Audit students who want library access. Register as an Audit student first.
Once, when you graduate
Graduation Fee
$180
For: Programme students who are graduating. Covers transcripts, gown rental and admin.

Programme Change Fee

For: Programme students who change programme.

Course Reinstatement Fee

For: Programme and Credit students. Pay when you apply to reinstate a course.
Why our fees stay low
BGST is a charity. To keep theological education affordable, 80% of our ministry is funded through donations.
