GCMS program students are required to embark on an overseas cross-cultural missions trip of at least 21 days, which fulfil specified guidelines and components such as cultural exposure, preaching, language studies, and mentoring.

Mr Hor Guo Yi

Lecturer

Currently heading the Centre for Equipping and Discipleship (CED), Guo Yi also serves at Covenant Evangelical Free Church. Before earning his MDiv from Regent College in Vancouver, he spent years as a chemical engineer in the oil & gas and pharma industries. Today, he channels that analytical background into his passion for church pedagogy and Christian education. When he isn’t working, you’ll likely find him gaming, tucked away with a good book, or hunting for a great meal.
